At CVS Health, I led experience design across Caregiving, authentication flows (CVS Health, Caremark, and Specialty), and the Account Dashboard. I partnered closely with design leadership, product, and engineering teams to align experiences, improve transparency, and build trust across the organization. Through daily collaboration with engineers and weekly design reviews, I delivered accessible, scalable, and user-centered solutions that supported millions of interactions across the CVS ecosystem.
Caregiving
CVS Caregiving enables caregivers to securely add and manage loved ones, children, adults, and pets within a unified experience. The platform also allows individuals to invite trusted caregivers to assist with prescription and care management.
My Role
I led the design of the Caregiving experience across key flows, increasing daily active users from 240 to 500 and improving lookup success from 40% to 93%. I collaborated closely with design leadership, product, and engineering teams to deliver accessible, scalable, and developer-ready experiences aligned with the CVS design system.
Sign in, Create Account & Registering
Secure authentication across the CVS family of platforms requires thoughtful design, clear flows, and seamless user experiences at scale. I designed and supported sign-in, account creation, and registration experiences across CVS Health, Caremark, and Specialty—balancing security, accessibility, and ease of use for hundreds of thousands of weekly users.
My role
I designed and refined authentication flows supporting high-volume traffic, including 78.6K weekly users for CVS Health, 498K for Caremark, and 311K for Specialty. Through close collaboration with product, engineering, and security teams, I improved authentication experiences while maintaining strong success rates across sign-in and registration journeys.

CVS Health Account Dashboard
The CVS Health Account Dashboard centralizes key experiences across the CVS ecosystem, giving users quick access to prescriptions, purchases, billing, health records, profile settings, rewards, and more—all within a unified experience.
My role
I redesigned the account experience by restructuring the information architecture to improve navigation, accessibility, and scalability. I modernized the interface through updated branding, aligned designs to the CVS design system, and partnered closely with engineering teams to support responsive experiences across platforms.
